1. General Terms

• Paws n Paintz PTY LTD provides interactive painting experiences combining a unique blend of art and pet therapy. 

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance or by contacting us directly. No Refund or cancellation policy. 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are limited and subject to availability.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of being unable to attend, tickets my be transferred into another personʼs name within 24 hours of the event. Please email the organiser.

3. Age Restrictions:

Participants must be aged over 5 years old.  Parents or guardians who wish to sit in and observe, monitor, or supervise their children during our classes are required to purchase a participation ticket.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• In the event of being unable to attend, tickets my be transferred into another personʼs name within 24 hours of the event. Please email the organiser.

• Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered  full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Event Participation & Safety

• For the safety of our puppies, shoes are to be left outside of the studio - a clean pair of socks are recommended to participate.

• All participants must adhere to our studio's health and safety guidelines. Please treat our studio, equipment, and animals with care and respect.

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff to ensure  a safe and enjoyable experience.

• We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that occur during the event. If you have allergies to dogs, please consider this before booking.

• Puppies are carefully selected for temperament and well-being, but as live animals, their behavior may be unpredictable.

• Participants must treat all puppies with care and respect. Any mistreatment will result in removal from the event without a refund.

By attending a session at Paws n Paintz, participants agree to forfeit and release the premises and staff of Paws n Paintz from any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property. (This includes if personal property is destroyed by puppies)

6. Photography and Media

• Participants may take photos nd videos during their session for personal use and sharing on social media. (please tag us in any photos or videos shared on social media)

• Please be respectful of other participants' privacy and seek permission before including them in your photos.

Paws n Paintz reserves the rights to ownership, share and promote any photos and videos captured at classes, by attending this class you agree and forfeit any rights to copyright of content created, filmed and photographed. (if you wish to not be filmed please advise staff before class begins)

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Paws n Paintz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email, on our social media platforms or website.

Paws n Paintz reserves the right to cancel classes within 24 hours prior to an event. In the event that  class is cancelled, Paws n Paintz will issue a refund to participants

By booking  session with Paws n Paintz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and in our classes, including logos, designs, and artwork, is owned by Paws n Paintz PTY LTD and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Paws n Paintz PTY LTD is not liable for any injuries caused by puppies, yourself, or other participants, as well as any lost personal belongings or damges incurred during event participation.

• By attending an event, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with interacting with animals and painting materials.

10. Pet Welfare Commitment

• We are committed to the ethical treatment of all puppies involved in our events. Puppies come from reputable breeders and we ensure their well-being throughout each session. Attendees are not permitted to take puppies home from events.
